NSM Need to Know
Quick answers for travel, logistics, activities, and support— before and during NSM.
Airport Transfers / Arrivals

Upon arrival:
- Follow signs to baggage claim.
- After the escalator, look for the bronze ski statue.
- Find the Delcath sign — staff will direct you to your driver.
- Transportation provided via SUV or Sprinter van. ~50-minute drive to Lake Tahoe.

Arriving Monday, March 2
Arrival + Kickoff
12:00–8:00 PM: Check in at the Edgewood front desk. Pick up your name badge at the Delcath Welcome Desk (outside the Lodge Ballroom).
3:00–7:00 PM: Ski/Snowboard gear fitting at the Activity Center.
Monday Evening
5:30–6:30 PM: Welcome Cocktails | Lodge Ballroom Foyer
6:30–9:30 PM: Casino Night | Lodge Ballroom
Dinner, drinks, games, and prizes!
Wednesday Recreation Afternoon
Activities take place simultaneously: Spa, Skiing, Snow Tubing, or Rest & Relaxation. Please participate in the activity you selected. Last-minute cancellations may result in charges incurred by Delcath. Participation is optional.
After Your Activity
3:30–5:30 PM Après Ski Happy Hour
Gunbarrel Tavern – Heavenly Village
- Skiers, Tubers, and Gondola riders: Please remain in the Heavenly Village area following your activity for happy hour.
- All other attendees may take the Edgewood shuttle to/from Heavenly Village.

- 6:00 PM Dinner reservations at various restaurants (details will be shared separately)
